At TGPL, we bring wide experience in supplying & refilling various types & sizes of Fire fighting cylinders right from 20gm – 500gm Fire cartridges to 1kg – 45 kg CO2 fire fighting cylinders & ABC Powder type Cylinders. Our highly qualified & trained staff can handle any type of valves on the cylinders; Cylinder Banks, Marine Cylinders; Pneumatic & Automatic operated as well as Various sizes of fittings of valves for refilling CO2 in cylinders. Due to our expertise in fire fighting industries we are renowned in the industries and share approx 90 % of the market all over India. With our highly qualified and experienced team we have carried major projects of ARGONITE & INERGEN Gases for Fire Protection systems.
With our state of the art CCOE approved Hydro Static Stretch Test (Hydro Testing Station) facility we can test approx 50 Cylinders Per Day. We have a separate dedicated department for this application which takes care of maintenance and reconditioning of any gas cylinders except flammable gases.
With our major associate M/s. Deepak Fertilizers & Petrochemicals Corporation Limited we also cater Liquid PROPANE to major Steel Processing Industries, Chemical Industries, Forging & Metal Casting Industries & Ceramic industries. We have facilities to move Liquid PROPANE up to 16 MT per tanker Load.
PROPANE (C3H8) is an energy rich gas used in various heating applications in industries as fuel gas. It is one of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LP-Gas or LPGs) that are found mixed with natural gases, including ethane & butane, are separated from natural gas from natural gas plants or from crude oil at refineries. The amount of gas produced from natural gas and from oil is roughly equal.
Propane naturally occurs as a gas. However, at high pressure or low pressure or lower temperatures, it becomes a liquid. Because propane is 270 times more compact as a liquid than a gas, it is transported and stored in its liquid state. Propane becomes a gas again when a valve is opened to release it from its pressurized container. When returned to normal pressure, propane becomes a gas do that we can use it. Due to its high calorific property now days it is used as a fuel gas in industries.
